The place is called Kichijoji-Skit (or K-Skit for short) and it is located in the town of Kichijoji (go figure), a suburb of Tokyo. From what I hear the place has MAD prices for SERIOUS heat. I am not lying to you when I tell you that when I read a first person account of this store I was in a state of shock for a few minutes. No Lie. Pinky Promise.
